Another look at CEO Mathematics
Missouri/Illinois's Ameren EU had a rough year....and has implemented a rate increase in Illinois and is trying hard to get one past the Public Service Commission in Missouri.

Here is a recent article on how they have been figuring their results. One set of standards for the workers and one for the Executives..... Nice Math

The LTTE that I just sent -

Thanks to Bill McClellan's for his article on Ameren's Executive Bonus Plan and it's mathematical gymnastics. It is yet another example of the old phrase "Figures Don't Lie, but Liars Can Figure". We the people should also do some figuring of our own, to protect Our interests from such CEO Greed. We should contact the Missouri PSC with our opinions of Ameren's rate increase request and we should install the energy miser Compact Fluorescent Bulbs in our homes - the money you save, will be your own.
