As we know, the Defense Appropriations Subcmte has been adding various measures to the war funding bill such as limits on troop deployments, timetable for withdrawal, and a hefty bit of pork on the side. That has lead to reports that the Republicans plan to vote against it, and that if it gets to him, Shrub will veto it.
