New Mexico is 100% blue!!
Edited on Wed Nov-05-08 02:04 AM by jaredh
We now have 2 Dem Senators, and a 100% Democartic congressional delegation with 3 Dem congressmen. Not to mention we voted for Barack Obama! Plus, my rural county here in SW NM voted Obama 58-40 and defeated a local wingnut pastor 68-32!

I'm feeling really good right now. I'm so proud of my state!

I'm a little drunk....... I saw he lost

New Mexico is my birth place
where so few have lived or had
been born to that enchanted land.

7. That is awesome
I guess maybe I will change my mind about it being a wasteland that should be split between Texas and Arizona. teehee.
Seriously...congratulations New Mexico...your duty is to turn your adjoining states to your West and East blue!

8. I think arizona is a possibility.
Without McCain on the ticket, I believe Arizona will go blue in '12. Texas will be a bit tougher, but, demographically, it is moving in the right direction. I think Texas will be blue by '16 or '20.
