The objective of the BRAC Augmentation and Implementation Support Services (BAISS, pronounced “base”) Contract is to provide an Army enterprise solution for contractor services to support the implementation of BRAC guidance, as well as provide staff augmentation as supported units are relocated due to BRAC.
