This is a picture of Eddie Van Halen.

Is it just me, or does Bush look even closer to being on his last legs than Eddie, a cancer survivor who smoked while being treated for it?

Are far more immediate than the cancer.

There is a very, very good reason he is in rehab, where I pray he spends lots and lots of time. Months. Many months.

Deep down inside Eddie is one really sweet guy who wants back in the sunlight.

14. At least Eddie's got a reason

for looking bad, with cancer, substance abuse, a hard partying lifestyle. I hope he gets the help he needs so he can do what he does best, make terrific music. Eddie wasn't even able to make it to Van Halen's induction to the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame. The band isn't Van Halen without him.

As for Dubya, may-be that cold steely veneer is finally starting to chip away. If he's finally starting to realize he's responsible for the death, pain and suffering of millions of people all over the world, its only in the context of his legacy. I guess going down in history as the worst president, leader, American, politico, citizen, human, etc., could wear on anyone.
