I have repub relatives in for a wedding and still told them about it, and that I'm not available until after the hearings. They couldn't understand whats so important. Well, I explained (since they are elderly) that it may not affect them, but would most certainly effect me and my kids (their kids and grandchildren, that is) and if they at least understood it, and wrote letters to support this work, they'd be helping a lot. I don't know if they listened, but I won't shut up anyway. LOL

With Global Warming and hotter temperatures, the line between mere drought and Dust Bowl-like conditions moves eastwards towards Ardmore, Altus, and Oklahoma City. How well are those cities' water supplies prepared for prolonged drought?
