This was a sign brandished by a counter-demonstrator at the DC rallies Saturday, according to the article on the event in this morning's LA Times.

I realize it's dangerous to generalize based on one person, but it's still a pretty nifty slogan describing the intellectual underpinnings, such as they are, to contemporary neo-conism, no?

"More Money For Bombs
Less Money For Welfare"


Yesterday here locally we were having our regular weekly peace vigil and we're holding signs and flags that said "PEACE" and freeper rolled down his car window and said, "You're teaching my children to hate!" (Umm, WHAT?)


These people are frickin' crazy, that's all I can figure.
