I was using the flag of Trinidad and Tobago because that is where my mother and her family are from and I'm proud of my West Indian heritage. Unfortunately, the Caribbean is a hotbed (pun intended) for rabid and rampant homophobia. Plus, Elton John is one of my most favorite performers ever.

Rather than what a few priests are shouting about? The article doesn't say if 'typical' Tobagans (that is the right noun, isn't it?) think like the archdeacon or not.

6. Have you seen Rosie O"Donnell's Family Cruise

They were at a port in the Caribbean, I can't remember which island, but they're stop was being protested even though it was a family event. The protester where screaming the most vile things to the couples and their children to the point where some of the children had to be taken back to the cruise ship because they were so upset. Unfortunately this is normal "Christian" behavior for most of the Caribbean. It is almost to the Fred Phelps level, but not quite.
