I was getting a cup of coffee as my youngest was watching the cartoon, "Back at the Barn Yard". It's about a bunch of talking farm animals; it's not a new concept, except the farmer's wife knows that they can speak, and it scares her to death. So, the farmer's wife is running for mayor and looks like a winner, and the animals see this as their doom. The talking cow decides to dress up as a person and run against her:

"Hi! I'm Ned Bovine, and I'm running for mayor. I'm a true maverick."

The three male animals dressed as female humans to prove that women have it easier than men. Pig wore a dress and, yes, lipstick.

2. To be fair, the movie was made before they knew to include a STUPID YAPPING POODLE in the script.
Wait, that wasn't fair to poodles. Sorry.
