I just received a call from a solicitor from the Democrat Party of Virginia

when I tried to correct the Party name the women didn't seem to know the real name of the party. When she went back into the pitch she continued to say Democrat Party. I think it was a scam, she knew my name and the call was from my area code but said unknown caller. What does anyone else think?

2. You may wish to consider the strategic use of quotation marks....

So nobody mistakenly thinks that *you* endorse that particular terminology.

To the OP... I'd be wary if they called and kept repeating "Democrat Party", personally.
