I am switching detergents.
The detergent used to work very well whenever anything needed to be cleaned. But the manufacturer changed their formula, and now it does not clean as well.

I have a new detergent now that cleans dirt very well. It is very popular.

Now, lots of people are not using the old detergent I switched from. The company who manufacturers that detergent cannot understand why everyone quit using the old detergent and have tried all kinds of things to get people to use their detergent again, but the sales just keep getting worse. If they change their formula back, I might switch back. But until they realize that the new formula is bad, customers will continue to switch to something else.

I also canceled my newspaper.

6. Welcome to DU--except you've been here almost 2 years?
Hmmm.

I sense you must only post when there is something extremely important to share with us.

11. Have you contacted the manufacturer and explained to them that they've lost their consumers
...due to their inability to relate to their needs?

13. I've tried that. You only get a form letter back, and that doesn't even
address the same issue. x( Might as well write your Congressman or call the White House. ;-)
