I just heard a clip on CNN. She was justifying the placement of nuclear defense in Eastern Europe. She said something like, paraphrasing... "Thank God we live in a world where we face only a small nuclear threat from countries like... Iran. Missile defense in these times will serve as a stabilizing force, not a destabilizing force." - end paraphrase.
