who we all remember, hearing the case of "body, body, who gets the body". The one caught smoking pot was the judge at the Florida end of the paternity case. I didn't even know there was a judge in Florida for the paternity case.

Damn, I have to get my head out of all the war/Gonzales/Plame stuff.

Hence, the DNA judge in Florida. I think he's the one I saw on MSNBC saying he didn't think he had jurisdiction to order anything; said he'd gotten on the phone with the CA judge and that's what they determined.
