What happened to Howard Zinn?

I know this is a little late after Saturday, but I've only had a little bit of time since the March on the Pentagon to post on DU. Howard Zinn was supposed to speak at the rally in DC on Saturday. Now I left before the last three speakers or so as it was very cold and I was very sick (fever, chills, body ache, headache), but before I left I went up by the stage and asked when Zinn was to be speaking. The person standing there acted sort of like I was crazy. He told me he was not on the program and he had not seen him there. I told him he was listed to speak on their website and he asked if I was sure.

I though maybe the snow in Boston caused his flight to be canceled or maybe he was the last speaker and the guy was wrong and maybe some DUers saw him on CSPAN or at the rally. Does anyone know? Believe me I wouldn't of stayed so long in the cold to listen to some of the more...offtopic...speakers if I didn't want to see Zinn speak so badly.

1. Didn't see anything about it on his website.

  But that could just be how his calendar is set up- to remove events which have already occurred. I didn't see anything else, but didn't look much. HowardZinn.org

even though they have something about Immortal Technique not being able to make it. They still have in the testimonials section.

Did anybody who watched the rally on CSPAN or stayed for the whole thing see him there? I should of only missed the last 3 speakers and I asked before I left and they said he was not there.
