If Chimpy sticks to his story, about being out of the loop on the USA firings...
Is he technically/arguably/logically within his right to make an executive privilege argument to prevent Rove and Miers from testifying under oath?

In other words, if he exercises the privilege, is he not admitting that he's involved in the scandal?

1. No, it doesn't imply he's admitting anything...
having said that, it certainly smells but the WH is going to argue that they are upholding the separation of power, the Constitution,,,motherhood and apple pie.

bush can't use executive privlidge for this. Flash...cheney went to the hospital this morning. He had a cramp in his leg..he is OK. damn I hope he doesn't kick the bucket til we get a chance to impeach him. I don't want anything to happen to him or bush til they get in front of the courts.
