Humor: Lost bible verses about Christmas (black weekend edition)
Mark 17:12 and Jesus said, honor the day of my birth by making sure that you trample someone to death to pick up false idols at the market.

Matt 29:32 Thee shall useth a weapon not yet seen by the people if Israel and shoot a person in the face in order to by a cheap piece of crap made in China for your spoiled offspring that will most likely be forgotten my the turn of the new year, so sayth the lord to honor his birth.

I kid you not, I am done done with this damn piece of shit holiday. I have not celebrated Christmas for years, but I would get a gift for my mom and a friend or two, but NO MORE. I refuse to be a part of this crazy holiday. If there was a Jesus, he would be sickened by what is done in his name.

1. For someone who hasn't done Christmas in years, you sure seem still angry about it
Looks like instead, Christmas has done you.

No, that's not quite how it goes... "In Soviet Union, Christmas does YOU!"

2. fucked up Christian faith to take away my rights - shoot people in the face to celebrate the birth
I am angry, I am angry the same people that use the fucked up Christian faith to take away my rights shoot people in the face to celebrate the birth of their savior. Sorry, but it makes the ongoing use of the teachings of Christ to strip rights from people a little hollow when you think about it.

Fuck em and their fucked up holiday.

3. If it's a Jesus holiday you want, the original was marked by mass death . . .
The original New Testament tells us Herod became furious at the duplicity of the wise men, who were supposed to tell him where the new child was, so he had all the male children of Bethlehem -- those two years old and under -- put to the sword. Thus was fulfilled the prophecy of Jeremiah, that Rachel would weep for her children and refuse to be comforted, for they were no more.

Is this the holiday you'd prefer?

Perhaps, instead, you'd prefer a holiday more in keeping with your own conception of what the season should hold. Do it. Don't allow corporations, or public greed, to live in your head rent free. Live life for yourself, hold your own happiness above all else, and thoroughly enjoy every moment you can. Why give any gifts? Give instead only of yourself and be content with what you have -- that's one of the keys to happiness.
