Yes he did. He testified under oath. He was the actual elected President. Rove and Miers aren't (ok ok I know bush wasn't elected either).
I hope Schumer and co. stand firm this time about those two testifying under oath. After all, Clinton did it.

3. And, if memory serves,
President Clinton asked to postpone the investigation until after he left office, so that he could get on with the business of being President, but was denied the request. If it's good enough for Bill Clinton, then it should be good enough for these...these...these... (Ican't even think of an adjective that's vile enough for this group)assholes.

5. Clinton dropped the claim of executive privilege on June 1, 1998.
After Federal Judge Norma Holloway Johnson ruled against the claim in May of that year.
