Quite litterly not worth the considerable effort it would take to do it. However I would welcome it in the context of eliminating the Department of Homeland Security.

Are you for real? After the bullshit that we went through because of FEMA being an outsourced clusterfuck?
It is of the utmost importance to do this and to nominate someone highly qualified for it so that we dont get Katrina'ed again.

We did have DHS when Clinton had his FEMA head in his cabinet.
I feel certainthat Napolitano would not let another Katrina happen. She will be on the ball. Bush and his miserable hacks just didn't care. Obama and his team care...
