Who gets to roll on that one? Or do we have to wait until he gets charged and convicted of "obstruction of justice?" That man does not deserve to be in the profession.

1. No, not unless he does something that brings him to the attention of the bar association.
It's shitty, what he did, but it's essentially political until his fingerprints are lifted from a smoking gun. If it can be proven that he was directly involved, with knowledge and aforethought, of firing people with the SOLE (not accidental, unknown or serindipitous) purpose of derailing investigations, well, he might have trouble.

But if he's shown to be a clueless, Peter-Principled Leader with Rove doing all the string pulling, well, what can they do, really? They gotta prove that he KNEW...

2. More than likely they will just move him to a new room
keep him on staff and wait for people to forget about him. The same routine they did for Rumsfeld.

3. No. And this is why the Bar Association fails the public.
He'll cut a deal.

5. No, he would only resign from office, he's not been convicted (yet) of anything.

6. He looks pretty young. We need to impeach him before this is over.

7. I think he's only licensed in Texas.
He is also a former justice of the Texas Supreme Court. As a practical matter, the only way he's going to get disbared is if he gets conficted of a felony.
