The plan is brilliant in a way. It allows them to hide behind close doors for a few minutes, and come out declaring they have done their duty and are vindicated.
Democrats are smarter than that.

This must not stand. They must be under oath - every minute of their time in office has shown that they will lie without hesitation - maybe the threat of perjury will cause them to remain silent but under no circumstance should they be allowed to testify if not sworn.
