Bush: "No partisan fishing expedition of honorable public servants!"
Edited on Tue Mar-20-07 05:04 PM by Bluebear
"Do not issue subpoenas or hold 'show trials'. Do not choose confrontation. I will oppose any attempt to subpoena White House Officials....It is not too late for Democrats to drop their partisanship!"

That is the pertinent message, petulant Icehead that he is.

18. Thanks...
I would say the same thing about Fitzgerald, if he was popular or not. It just sees to be a "show trial" because Libby and the other current neo-cons are puppets of a larger shadow government called the Military-Industrial-Complex.

If Fitz was really looking into the issue, he would of dragged all of the PNAC into court.

Libby is a member of the PNAC, as is many Republicans and even some Democrats are; so it is a unspeakable issue because they (the militarists) have the real power in this government, and it will only change if the American people demand a change; that is the way changes happened in the past and the way it will happen today. Change will not happen by watching some "show trial" on TV about some mythic hero "prosecutor" fighting for freedom , justice and the American way.

Watergate -- fired Nixon because of "Deep Throat" and the types of Ellsberg, not the Woodward and Bernstein's, of the world. But the MSM likes the people to watch movies about Woodward and Bernstein, so they can keep up the lie that they work for the people and democracy.
