My point, the joke is not funny because Diabetes does not have DIRECT mental health effects.

Good god, he was squirming around in his chair, slobbering, eyes wide and jaw slack...appalling.

In the first two minutes Bush openly admitted that the White House was involved in this scandal - never, of course, saying how or if he was personally involved - and Tweets never mentions it. Bush openly says he won't honor subpoenas. Right over Tweety's head! Just slobbers about how he came out swinging, blah blah blah - all surface and nothing to do with the issue.
