If it does, it'll be the biggest damage award in United States history.

They'll settle. They'll force the family to sign a gag order. They won't learn a thing from this.

12. They will.. Whether they settle or go to court
this is going to cost them. All the defense has to do is show the "Blitz" sign. Wal-Mart is lucky they will get away with no criminal charges. What I hope beyond this is that the idiots at Wal-Mart and the idiots who go there for Black Friday will learn from this.
