Poll question: Do you have a friend or friends who are Bush supporters?
Just curious. Most people I know can't stand him, but one guy--a very nice person, really likes George. Try as I can I can't convince him to abandon him.

1. If I've even so much as met someone like that, they kept it a secret.
Of course, I'm Canadian - not a bastion of bush support.

5. Hate to say it, but my sister and her (college educated) husband are Bush supporters
/ Republicans / fox news and sports fans that never watched c-span a day in there lives. They do there duty and vote party line politics when the poles are open, they defend there choices with out any clue whatsoever. But ya know what; my wife does the same exact thing, except she’s a Democrat / fox news and sports fan that doesn’t want to know what’s going on, and would vote for Hitler if he ran on the Democratic ticket…

One of my friends is
and we get into heated arguments about it sometimes. It's hard to argue with him, because if I bring up any factual source to back me up, it's part of the liberal media, unless it's from Fox News of course.

Other than that he is a nice guy and we get along fine.

12. I know some Bush supporters but thats
because they are republicans and never have thought about voting Democrats or have negative views about the Democrats - primarily based on high taxes thinking.

13. Just my brother, and he's not a friend.
As a matter of fact, I certainly wouldn't hang out with a guy like my brother if we weren't related. He and I are at opposite ends of the spectrum. My daughter can't believe we come from the same family. He's a typical reactionary, ultra-nationalistic, xenophobic, homophobic, red, white and blue asshole. While I'm a VERY nice guy and get along with practically everyone. ;)

14. And it makes me really sad
I see a man who loves his family, but still supports W because he sees something that just plain isn't there: Morality.

He truly believes that the sack of sh#t in the Whitehouse is a moral man who has "made a few mistakes".

He supports this man who has done real economic damage to his own family and it just makes me sad to think that he is really that blind.
