8. By my count, there are 70,664 more Nov 4 ballots to be recounted
If the usual 16% go to Barkley and assorted minor candidates, that leaves 59,358 ballots for Coleman and Franken to fight over,

If Coleman gets 60% of those 59,358 ballots, that's 11,871 more than Franken gets, changing Franken's 11,170 vote lead into a 701 vote loss.

Under that scenario, the challenged ballots and the disallowed absentee ballots would have to make up for a 701 vote deficit in order for Franken to win.

It's still way too early to celebrate.
