3. Get the Employee Free Choice Act through ASAP as well.

Congress has historically been too gutless to pass anything that challenged Taft-Hartley. America's workers need a clear early victory on that issue. EFCA isn't Taft-Hartley repeal(which still needs to happen)but it's a start. It's also likely to be one of the first big filibuster issues. I think GOP'ers like Collins and Snowe could probably be brought around to break a filibuster.

"Resolution to Protect Puppies, Kittens, and ban Assault Weapons"

12. I tend to discount this article's reasoning for one reason.
