Remember the gap in the Nixon tapes. There is no questions that those emails are absolutely damning and will never willingly see the light of day. This thing really calls for a Special Prosecutor with full subpoena power.

7. The Dems know more than they are letting on. When Hillary called for

Gonzales to resign last week I knew she knew something more than was already out there.

There is also stuff that's been leaked to Dems from inside the DOJ.

8. Let's not forget Gonzales' 12-hour gap from the Plame investigation

For some reason, hearing the story about these missing emails reminds me of Gonzales' 12 hour gap.

Remember when Gonzales was White House Counsel, and he was officially informed by the Department of Justice that it was investigating the leak of Valerie Plame's name. And Gonzales waited 12 hours to inform White House staff that they had to preserve all documents in the Plame case. That's what I just thought about after reading this thread.

The very fact there were no e-mails released during that timeframe raises a whole host of red flags. There must be some very damning material being protected and I have no doubt the House and Senate Committees will be focusing on getting the missing material.

That's just really bizarre. Or more suspiciously, those docs need more white-out before it's "accidentally" discovered they weren't sent over. Oops, so sorry, my bad, HERE they are (now that we've had 24, 36, 48 more hours to comb over their content and erase it).
