Threatening Call Was Not Hoax: Sherry(Pakistan's Minister for Information)
ISLAMABAD—Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Sherry Rehman said it is impossible that a fake call is delivered to the president of Pakistan and no one can call the President of Pakistan directly.

She said that the number, from which the call was received on November 28, was confirmed number of Indian Foreign Ministry, adding all the phone calls at the President House are first verified and then transferred to president.

Sherry Rehman condemned India for wrongly exploiting media against Pakistan and denied any report regarding fake phone call. She said this propaganda war is being waged at a time when tension between Pakistan and India was high.

A man pretending to be India’s foreign minister called Pakistan’s president and talked in a “threatening” manner during the Mumbai terror attacks, prompting Pakistan to put its air force on high alert, a security official and a news report said Saturday.

1. This entire Mumbai incident bears a ham-handed "false flag" stench.
I've been saying that since day one.

3. Ham-handed, that is the best way to put it.
They are f-ing their plans up every step of the way. Hopefully this will keep it from devolving into open conflict, but I am not sure.

Now we have bomb blasts in Peshawar being blamed on India.

5. Yes, the entire operation was a bit too "made for TV" to be believable as a terror attack.
Real terrorists haven't siezed hostages and held them in place
since the fricking 70s...because real terrorists learned pretty quickly
that THAT NEVER WORKS.

And now they've traced some of the disposable phone cards
these 'terrorists' were communicationg with, traced them
back to their point of sale...and gee wow, the original purchaser
was a low-level flunkie within India's nebulously-defined
and highly secretive "Anti-Terror" agency.

I wish I could say I was surprised.:eyes:

4. who benefits?
obviously, the police state apparatus, paranoia-promotion media and the lying liars are the main benefitters, but ....the cia agent guy who got tossed out (musharif?) and the increasing anti western mood in Pakistan might suggest setting up martial law there by threatening war with India would be an easy way for cia etc to crush potential troublemakers...esp. with Obama taking over Whouse...as far as getting extremists to sacrifice themselves for the cause- that looks to be very easy. After all, 19 guys with boxcutters working on pretimed assignments w/out any fallback arranged (see FBI counter terr reports) were able to put goose steppers into Whouse(?)in the richest, free-est country on earth

With complementary flag burners and everything

More evidence found linking Mumbai rampage to Pakistan
snip
Survivors of the November attack in Mumbai, which left more than 170 people dead, have been quoted as saying that at least one of the gunmen cited revenge for what happened in Ayodha as a motive behind the coordinated assault on luxury hotels and other busy spots in India's biggest metropolis.

11. Hezbollah blames Sunni group for Mumbai attacks
New Delhi: Lebanon-based Hezbollah has blamed the Mumbai terror attack on the Sunni fundamentalist group Takfiris. In a statement which can raise eyebrows because of Hezbollah's unrelenting hostility to Israel, the Hezbollah said that the group which carried out the Mumbai strikes was of Takfiri ideological lineage.

Takfiris are ultra-fundamentalist Sunnis who view the non-Muslim world as a battleground and all non-Muslims as infidels. The statement issued by Sayyid Nawwaf al-Musawi, the international relations head of Hezbollah, is significant because it comes at a time when huge sections in Pakistan continue to deny any link of the notorious Sunni fundamentalist Lashkar to Mumbai attack, and have even blamed the crime on a wider conspiracy involving Hindus, Americans and Israelis.
