Much like only Nixon could go to China. Gore will be seen as the "Anti-Bush" and have free reign to undo just about everything Chimpy has done. The Rethugs will criticize, but it will fall on deaf ears. If Gore runs and takes it in a landslide like I expect, he'll have the political clout not seen since FDR.
