Oh NOES! Supreme Court rejects case arguing that Obama is ineligible to be president
Court won't review Obama's eligibility to serve

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal from a New Jersey man who says President-elect Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because he was a British subject at birth.

You know the Freepers will never stop this shit. I normally have compassion for the mentally ill, but it's hard when someone chooses to be nuts.

4. here is a post of some of the feedback
'To: dman4384

Clearly its over, but to anyone who thinks about this in a critical manner, its clear that he had a terrible secret to hide.
:::::::::::
And along with this, it is CLEAR that the SCOTUS is more interested in politics, than it is upholding the LAW OF THE CONSTITUTION. We continue to enter a very sad time in American history whereby the example of the SCOTUS and Obama, et al, is encouraging the people to avoid and break the law to accomplish their objectives, good or bad.

A complete travesty of justice, if there really is any left in America.'

sounds like me back in 2000, oddly, concerning SCOTUS' selection of Bush.

5. Imagine: The US Supreme Court was a sleeper cell all along
This was why they gave the 2000 election to Bush: so he could appoint even more members like Alito and Roberts.
