Franken is withdrawing more challenges in recount

Franken's spokesman said they were withdrawing another 425 challenges. This is in addition to 633 previously withdrawn. Let's see if Coleman does likewise.

1. Let all the disputed ballots go to an impartial review and let's see who wins.

How hard could it be? They have written rules for what counts and what does not - let a panel set out to perform the task and be done with it.

2. That is essentially what is happening

I think the ones they are withdrawing are challenges they know have zero chance of being upheld. They are trying to reduce the number of ballots that will go before the state canvassing board next week. This is a good idea. It would be better to only send ballots that have a legit chance of being accepted to the board. They will still have to review over 4000 as it stands. The canvassing board consists of 2 Dems, 2 Repubs and 1 independent.

Al reversed the trend and now Coleman is struggling to keep up!
