How does the voting public perceive the US Attorneys' scandal ?

I haven't seen any public opinion polls of it. I'm just afraid that we may overplay our hand and be perceived as overly political. To me, this would have made the Republicans bay for Clinton's hide back in the day.

1. Y'know, at it's heart, I think folks probably see it for what it is. Cronyism, pure and simple.

A White House that puts "Bush loyalty above competence".

And I think that goes for all other matters Bush.
