http://3bluedudes.com/george-w-bush/haliburton-is-evil/The Birmingham Star is reporting that KBR, a former subsidiary of Halliburton, is accused of some pretty treasonous and awful things.
In one class-action suit Joshua Eller, a civilian who worked for the U.S. Air Force in 2006 at the Balad air force base northeast of Baghdad, alleges KBR ‘knowingly and intentionally supplied to U.S. forces and other individuals food that was expired, spoiled, rotten, or that may have been contaminated with shrapnel, or other materials’.
KBR ’supplied water which was contaminated, untreated, and unsafe’, Eller charged, detailing a number of examples.
He said Halliburton and KBR ’shipped ice served to U.S. forces in trucks that had been used to carry human remains and that still had traces of body fluids and putrefied remains.’snip//
The relation dates way back to the 40’s and 50’s when former President Bush worked for Dresser Inc, which merged with Halliburton in the 90’s. Vice President Dick Cheney became CEO of Halliburton in 1996 and held the position until he resigned to run for Vice President. Cheney received a $36 million severance package. Obviously, Haliburton was paying Cheney for future business contracts, which they got, in billions and billions of dollars of contracts.
Many of the contracts went unfulfilled as many of the oil fields that Halliburton was contracted to restore, remain today, unusable. There was also an issue with gang rape charges against Halliburton employees of an American woman.
Folks this is only the surface, just a touch of the corruption of this company and its connection and involvement of the White House.
So no, none of this is very surprising at all. Sad. Horrific. Enraging. BUT, not surprising.
