Bailouts.

I've debated about posting this, because there isn't much I can say. But I think people here would like to know that there is a department of the federal government that is keeping tabs on every dime that is being spent by the companies who receive bailouts, and making sure that nothing is misused. From the inside. And plenty of pressure is being put on the CEOs to keep their noses clean. A recent example is that CEO who gave-up his 10 million dollar bonus. That was not voluntary, believe me.

Not every covert operation has to do with terrorism or drug trafficking. And these companies know full well that they are opening themselves up to this kind of scrutiny and pressure. They hate it, and don't do so lightly.

1. There has been more oversight on the Auto plea for money

than the entire bailout of Wall street. Citigroup got re-bailed out a few weeks back over the weekend without a WHISPER in Congress, not even a question asked about why it happened, or a plan to prevent it from reoccuring. It is disgusting to see how far the middle class worker in this country has fallen on the priority list of those in Washington.
