Back in 2005 or some time I remember this coming from one of the DNC folks, not Howard Dean, about the upcoming 08 election.

Thinking about it, we have had casualties, today's being just the next

Elliot Spitzer
Ron Blagjevich

And that's all I can think of now. Out of those, two were virtual rockstars in the party.

The Democratic mayor made that appointment.

Waterbury has a history of sleazy politicians - both Dems and Repubs.
