3. When my kids and I first learned of the BushCo wiretapping...

We started thinking about what words might be a trigger... and soon my kids and their friends were using as many of those words in each phone conversation that they could. :) Ornery kids! I wonder where they get that! O8)

What I'm finding horrific is what kids will post on InterTube social sites! It's just wrong! You never know when that stuff will get back to your mom:)

15. IMNSHO, people's lives whom I'm not connected with seem BORING to follow...

even the sex parts. That's probably why I don't like soap operas nor the E channel.

It's un-nerving to think people are "listening in" but IF THEY ARE, I can only hope that they are as BORED as I am with my ordinary life. :evilgrin:

She was right. I had friends who got into real trouble over nudie photos and video tapes with men they trusted, often husbands. The relationship went sour and the photos and tapes went public.

Things are even worse now, when a simple net search that turns up compromising photos can cost a person a job.

i realize that's what parents have to say to their kids, but a life where a person never walks on the wild side and try a few forbidden things is probably not a life worth the living

i suppose this is in reference to something i know nothing about...

a poster above is seriously suggested that a person can't even pose for nudie pix for their own husband? um, what kind of job would it threaten even if it did "get out"? which considering that there are about 50 bazillion nude pix on the internet the chances of your boss finding your ex hubby's nude pix is pretty much zero anyways even if he wasn't just as concerned about your finding HIS nude pix :-)

Nearly all the calls at our house are my Uncle (who lives with us) calling one of his sisters (my Aunt) out in California. They spend a good hour a day trading notes on how to make sure everything comes out at the time and consistency it's supposed to.
