Use of the parallel email by the WH is obstruction of justice in itself

In case you haven't heard, a private email address has been linked to the RNC when a search of the email for [e-mail] was done. The email was discovered in one sent by the now dismissed Justice Department Chief of Staff D. Kyle Sampson to J. Scott Jennings. CREW has called for an investigation of this as a violation of the Presidential Records Act.

The revelation that there is a parallel system of communication going on at the White House, along with the "gaps" discovered in correspondence between the WH and Justice Dept. leads to the conclusion that the WH was seeking to keep that correspondence off the record.

I think the intent to obstruct justice through the use of this (these) hidden, private email is clear.
