1. Actually, no.
Blagojevich should resign. I'm not really sure who "Blagovich" is. :P

6. D'oh!
Blagovich is an even bigger, more corrupt SOB. I have just been calling him blago, so I butchered it.

3. Yes, and he should do so immediately.
The Lt. Gov needs to take over so a new Senator can be appointed. There is no way in Hell that the criminal son of a bitch gets to make that appointment, and no logical reason to hold a "special election" and possibly lose the seat to a Repuke.

5. I'm not saying that he should NOT resign due to the political
situation/implication, but as to labeling hime "that criminal...", there is this little matter called Due Process that is sort of protected by the Constitution (at least before Bush) and since the reinstatement of Due Process is something we have all been fighting for for the last 7 or 8 years, well .....

just sayin

8. Well, there's no conviction yet
But Blagojevich has been under investigation for some time now, and those tapes are pretty incriminating as far as him blatantly trying to sell the Senate seat.

I don't have any use for him, or William "Mr. Freeze" Jefferson or any other crook just because they claim to be Democrats.

7. It is not about innocence/guilt.
He already messed up. It is political. He has lost the trust. He clearly did wrong, no question about it and he go, troll-ybob.
