1. Did Fitzgerald use legal wiretaps to bust Blagojevich?

2. Does the Rand/Greenspan/Gramm crowd think that anti-piracy laws constitute "regulation" ?

1. Wiretaps were legal. They got a judge to sign actual paper
No, anti-piracy laws are not regulation in their eyes. Anti-piracy laws are an integral part of good Free Trade Agreements.
