11. Timing - While moving things along speedily, the House gave Rove all

day to come out with directions and talking points to corporate entertaining news networks and right wing papers and radio radicals. Now we have to see if time will go on hold to determine if a lawsuit by the WH is possible, then we'll find out how fast that will go through the steps - filing, fighting, and elevating. Elevating - hmmm ... Rove and Miers subpoened - just one of the reasons they wanted all Scalia and Rehnquist types in there.
