10. There's one of those in our neighborhood.
And these are custom built homes priced from around $300,000 up to $700,000 and more for waterfront.

The foreclosure was builder's 'spec' house that he couldn't sell.
So he moved into it for a while.
And then one morning he was just...gone.

So is all the door hardware, kitchen cabinets, lighting fixtures, appliances, etc.
At least he left the doors.
The bank put a hasp and padlock on the front door.
