Where's Mitt Romney?
Mitt Romney, the self-proclaimed "favorite son" of Michigan, is conspicuous by his deafening silence on the American Auto Industry Rescue Plan. Where is his voice as his fellow Republicans want to destroy the Detroit auto industry? I'm from Massachusetts and I have dealt directly with Romney's Gubernatorial staff. He has always been an anti-union, anti-worker piece of shit. But, now he has Presidential ambitions, and in 2012, he'll need Michigan in both the Republican Primary and the General Election (if he gets there). Let's hear his opinion. Now. Not after it doesn't mean anything and he can just analyze the results.

Again, my question is, "WHERE"S MITT ROMNEY?"

1. I think he opposed the bailout, which is interesting since during
the campaign he was promising the moon and stars to the autoworkers. Supposedly he's getting ready to run again and that should also be interesting. Especially in Michigan.

2. He Knows This Is Disaster...
Mittens is playing it cool...he played the "good soldier" during the campaign, hoped and knew it was gonna fail and now is waiting for the chips to fall in his corrupt party. They still haven't. This is a last gasp of the repugnican hubris that brought up the Terri Schaivo fiasco and the repressive Patriot Act and bankruptcy bill...the last dance before the GOOP sits one vote away from being excluded from even throwing a hissy fit.

Mittens is seeing his party crash and burn and hoping it crashes further as it takes out more possible competitors and clears his way. The neat thing about being under the radar, you can always say you said what you did or didn't, who's gonna know? And with Mittens, what he says or think doesn't matter...he never had principals. Be assured how ever this shakes out, he'll take some kind of credit.

4. He promised Michigan the moon and stars above,
but now he's flipping them off, all the while making overatures for a 2012 run.

Mitt Romney is for Mitt Romney.

That's all anyone needs to know.
