(George Booshe actually said that today) and I think from listening to him, he's drinking again.

George Booshe, recipient, First annual Iraqi journalist's shoe award.

5. The looping gif *is* kind of hypnotic..
It's almost like we're actually getting that one DUer's wish when he said he wished the journalist was a centipede.

15. The second shoe also hit Old Glory
Why didn't Bush stop that from happening? Why does he hate the American flag so much?

10. He is totally disconnected from reality
To equate what happened today to finger gestures in traffic is delusion. I'm betting no one ever did this to Bush before. That comment merely exposes him further as beyond culturally ignorant and living in a bubble of 'unreality'. He has no idea how much murder and suffering he unleashed on the people of Iraq. He was humiliated for the entire world to see and nothing he says will change that.

14. I'd liken it more to people gesturing at you with the body part they sit on
It's more personally insulting than the finger, IMO.

And I support the foundation of the "DU Shoe Award," given annually to the journalist who does the most in a given year to expose political hypocrisy.

A Rilly Big Shoe.

Where's the gratitude for all the "freedom" that was supposed to be "spreading" in that part of the world?

24. There was another angle of this footage that showed Dipshit doing the old coke-jaw thing.
Did anyone else catch that?

Maybe that's why his reflexes were so good?
