I work a non-union job, and I thank the deity for Unions!
I work for a company that offers competitive pay (although not great) and excellent benefits. and why are the benefits so good? Easy - BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT US TO UNIONIZE!

So even though I don't work for a union, I still benefit from them - ar at least the threat of a union.

And I'll bet it's the same for all other non-management non-union workers out there.

2. and most do not realize that. Imagine how much better off the workers would be if there WAS a union.
Management knows that and that is why they try to avoid your unionizing.

4. For 20 years my SO worked a job that got exactly the same
benefits the union workers got although he was non-union. Unions leading the way made our life easier.

7. One of my bosses threatened
almost weekly to fire me.
the only thing stopping him was the Union. He had no cause to fire me except he didn't like my "attitude".
My nose wasn't brown enough.
