A local radio station is airing advertisements pushing offshore drilling.

They say it's paid for by "API." API is the American Petroleum Institute

4. I heard it listening to Stephanie Miller on the liberal Asheville station.
They blamed Congress for every bad thing about oil and said it was great that we could turn our beaches to oil soaked hazards. They said all Americans wanted more and more drilling baby, drill baby, drill. Well, maybe not in so many words but it was right out of McCain's and Palin's republican talking points. Didn't they lose? Funny, I thought they did.

6. You're missing the bigger point...
Fossil fuels=more CO2 into the atmosphere=faster global warming.
