My take On Democrats, Republicans, and The Possible Coming Impeachment
First of all, let me say that I have thought many times that Bush would go down and because of our pathetic excuse of a democracy he has remained, so this may be another story of the same. Also, let me state that i did vote Democratic in 06 and always do..although I do not have much hope in the party. If it truly comes to pass that Bush is thrown from office because of firing these attorneys I will have mixed feelings. First of all, I will be jubilant that this criminal fucker will be gone...I hate him with a passion and he should be behind bars for crimes against humanity. I will also be dissapointed though. Of all the crimes of this president, stealing two elections, being the whore of big business, harmful privatization, underhanded free trade deals, lying to get us into a war, violating the constitution with the Patriot Act ECT ECT. it would be saddening if this of all stories is what takes him down. Bush should have been deposed multiple times, but the sad fact is, he couldn't be because too many of the Democrats support too many of his policies. Almost all of our presidential candidates have come out in favor of pre-emptive war. The party wil not get rid of Bush for foreign policy or economic issues because the sad fact is, both parties follow the same blueprint and the Dems may want to use some form of these policies in the future. I will be glad if he goes but saddened that the system will stay in tact. I want Bush removed for war crimes or crimes against the American worker..but sadly too many in Washington voted along with him on these policies. Also, I fear if he is impeached, th eonly way Republicans will go along is if there is a promise of a pardon.
