I don't know, maybe I'm too partisan to be able to see the inherent wisdom in lying down with dogs in the hopes that doing so will reform their fleas. It just seems to me that an idea like postpartisanship, while fine and noble, sort of depends on your opponents having bought into the same idea, and I sort of doubt that ours have.
