Blagojevich is using Republicon family-values strategery
Blago's stance is classique -- right out of the Republicon Play Book: Deny everything, refuse to resign, claim a higher moral order, smirk.

To which I must say, Ptoooey on wide-stance republicon 'family values.' They are a plague upon the very concepts of truth, honor, and justice.

That would be a Republicon Catch 22 -- a VIOLATION of their Wide-Stance, Diaper-Clad Republicon Family Values, which guide republicons to PROJECT all their perversions, deviancies & corruptions onto other people. And then to SMIRK about it.
