11. He won't be trying to stop it now that Franken is ahead
He might do something to try to get the entire recount dismissed (unlikely) but it would be foolish of him to try to stop the counting now that he is behind.

But for the good of the people of Minnesota, shouldn't Norm be issuing his concession speech? "The people have spoken" and all that jazz? Come on, Norm; you don't really want to be in such a small Senate minority, do you? Time to get going on your conservative welfare career with a sinecure at some "think tank" somewhere that will pay you (and your wife, don't forget wifey) six or seven figures a year to spread tidings of comfort to the beleaguered overrich.

That is, if you're not sitting in some jail cell about this time next year.
