However its good enough to know that its all bad for you and we won't quibble about which likes where on whatever scale. The Opiates are just that dirivitives of the sap of the Opium Poppy. Meth is a chemical compound. Cocaine is an entirely different substance but like the opiates it is derived of a single plant and is somewhat natural in that sense.

Special prescription pad. No refills.

My doctor wrote me two different scrips and put a note on the second one, reminding me not to fill it until after a certain date.

I could not believe the number of pills I can get, really. Pain sucks, but they do give this stuff away like free candy.
